1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Service
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Creator", or "You") and FlowUltra ("FlowUltra", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the website at https://flowultra.in, our client browser extensions, proxy server nodes, and cloud generative AI services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").
1.2. By registering an account, redeeming a Payment Token, connecting your browser extension, or utilizing any FlowUltra studio tools, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our integrated Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1.3. If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform.
2. User Eligibility & Account Responsibility
2.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and purchase studio plans. Individuals aged 13 to 17 may use the service strictly with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2.2. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (username and password). You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities, generations, and credit consumption that occur under your account.
2.3. Single Person Account: FlowUltra accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, lease, share, or transfer your account credentials to external parties.
3. Studio Plans, Pricing & 75% Discount Promo Terms
3.1. FlowUltra offers three core creator tiers, each featuring a promotional 75% discount compared to standard international market rates:
- Starter Creator Plan: ₹399 INR (Regular price ₹1,599) — 5,000 AI Credits, 7 Days Validity.
- Pro Creator Plan: ₹499 INR (Regular price ₹1,999) — 10,000 AI Credits, 15 Days Validity.
- Ultra Studio Plan: ₹699 INR (Regular price ₹2,799) — 25,000 AI Credits, 30 Days Validity.
3.2. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. FlowUltra reserves the right to adjust promotional pricing, credit allocations, or introduce new tiers with prior notice on our website.
Access to FlowUltra studio plans is granted through cryptographic Payment Tokens (e.g. FLW-399-XXXX-YYYY, FLW-499-XXXX-YYYY, FLW-699-XXXX-YYYY).
- Single-Use Only: Each Payment Token is strictly one-time use. The exact moment a token is entered and successfully redeemed by an account, it is irreversibly burned and marked as 'used' in our atomic transaction database.
- Non-Reusability: Once redeemed, no other user or account can reuse that token under any circumstances.
- No Transfer of Activated Plans: Credits and active validity days associated with a redeemed token cannot be split, moved, or transferred to another account.
- Fraudulent Tokens: Attempting to guess, bruteforce, forge, or exploit Payment Tokens will result in immediate permanent IP blacklisting and account termination.
5. Credit Consumption & Plan Validity Windows
5.1. Credit Allocation: Upon token redemption, credits are credited directly to your studio balance. Credits represent computational units consumed during the generation of 4K images and cinematic video clips.
5.2. Automated Expiration: Each plan is bound by a strict validity window (7, 15, or 30 calendar days). Upon expiration of the validity period, any unused credits expire automatically and cannot be refunded or carried forward unless a renewal plan is activated before expiry.
5.3. Fair Queue Scheduling: While FlowUltra maintains dedicated high-speed server clusters, rendering times may vary depending on prompt complexity, output resolution (1080p vs 720p), and upstream Google node load.
6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) & Prohibited Conduct
FlowUltra maintains zero tolerance for illicit, harmful, or abusive content generation. You strictly agree NOT to use the platform to generate, prompt, upload, or disseminate:
- Child Exploitation Material (CSAM): Any imagery, video, or depiction involving the sexualization or exploitation of minors. Any violation will be reported immediately to law enforcement authorities.
- Non-Consensual Imagery: Deepfakes, synthetic nude imagery, or defamatory depictions of real private individuals without their explicit written consent.
- Hate Speech & Violence: Content promoting violence, terrorism, racial or religious hatred, self-harm, or illegal weapons manufacture.
- System Exploitation: Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract session cookies, authorization headers, or backend proxy algorithms from the FlowUltra extension or servers.
- Automated Scraping & DDoS: Utilizing automated bots, scrapers, or flood requests against FlowUltra web endpoints.
7. Intellectual Property & Commercial Exploitation Rights
7.1. User Ownership of Generations: As between you and FlowUltra, you retain all intellectual property and commercial exploitation rights to the images, videos, and graphics generated using your legitimate credits and original prompts. You are free to monetize your outputs across YouTube, Instagram, commercial client projects, and advertising.
7.2. FlowUltra Platform IP: All proprietary software, extension code, branding, logos, graphics, and server orchestration systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of FlowUltra.
8. VPS Infrastructure, Service Availability & Maintenance
8.1. We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime across our server cluster. However, periodic maintenance, cloud host downtime, or upstream Google Flow platform updates may occasionally cause brief temporary interruptions.
8.2. In the event of an extended upstream outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours, eligible active users will receive compensatory validity extensions.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is" Generative Output)
Generative artificial intelligence models produce probabilistic and synthetic outputs. FlowUltra provides its service on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. While our models are among the most capable in the world (Veo 3.1 & Omni Flash), we do not guarantee that AI-generated imagery will be free from prompt interpretation variances, visual artifacts, or physical inaccuracies.
10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, FlowUltra, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
10.2. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlowUltra from any third-party claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your creation of unlawful content.
11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram / New Delhi, India.
